Definition of Tax Protection Agreement


Tax Protection Agreement means that certain Tax Protection Agreement dated as of the date hereof, by and among the REIT, the OP and the parties identified as a signatory on Schedule A thereto.

Examples of Tax Protection Agreement in a sentence

Each SPE that owns, directly or indirectly, an interest in any property specified in the Tax Protection Agreement shall have entered into the Tax Protection Agreement substantially in the form attached as Exhibit A on behalf of the Pre-Formation Participants that hold SPE LLC Interests.
Solely with respect to each SPE that owns, directly or indirectly, an interest in any property specified in the Tax Protection Agreement, the REIT and the Operating Partnership shall have entered into the Tax Protection Agreement substantially in the form attached as Exhibit A, where applicable.
