Enhancement Provider definition
Enhancement Provider means, with respect to any Series, the Person, if any, designated as such in the related Supplement.
Enhancement Provider means any Person providing credit support to a Conduit Purchaser under an Enhancement Agreement, including pursuant to an unfunded commitment, or any similar entity with respect to any permitted assignee of such Conduit Purchaser.
Enhancement Provider means the Person providing any Enhancement as designated in the applicable Series Supplement.
