English Transaction Documents definition

English Transaction Documents means (taking account of the fact that certain documents will only be entered into and/or be effective after the date hereof):
English Transaction Documents means the Receivables Purchase Agreement, the Servicing Agreement, the Account Agreement, each Swap Agreement and the Deed of Charge and Assignment and any other documents designated as an English Transaction Document by the Issuer and the Security Trustee.
English Transaction Documents means the Receivables Purchase Agreement, the Servicing Agreement, the Account Agreement, each Swap Agreement, the Redelivery Repurchase Agreement, and the Deed of Charge and Assignment and any other documents designated as an English Transaction Document by the Issuer and the Security Trustee.

  • Other Transaction Documents means the Transaction Documents other than this Agreement.
