Executive hereby assigns to the Company any rights which he may acquire in such Employment Inventions.
All Employment Inventions shall be the sole and exclusive property of the Company, and the Company shall have the right to use and to apply for patents, copyrights or other statutory or common law protection for such Employment Inventions in any country.
