Employment Inventions definition

Employment Inventions means any Invention or part thereof conceived, developed, reduced to practice, or created by Employee which is:
Employment Inventions means any Invention which is made wholly or partially by the Employee at any time during the course of their employment with the Company (whether or not during working hours or using the Company’s premises or resources, and whether or not recorded in material form);
Employment Inventions means any Invention which is made wholly or partially by you at any time during the course of your employment with the Company (whether or not during working hours or using Company premises or resources, and whether or not recorded in material form);

Examples of Employment Inventions in a sentence

  • Executive hereby assigns to the Company any rights which he may acquire in such Employment Inventions.

  • All Employment Inventions shall be the sole and exclusive property of the Company, and the Company shall have the right to use and to apply for patents, copyrights or other statutory or common law protection for such Employment Inventions in any country.

  • All Employment Inventions (as defined in Section 10.3 below) shall be the sole and exclusive property of the Consolidated Company, and the Consolidated Company shall have the right to use and to apply for patents, copyrights, or other statutory or common law protection for such Employment Inventions in any country.

Employment Inventions as used herein, means any Invention or part thereof conceived, developed, reduced to practice, completed or created which is: (i) conceived, developed, reduced to practice, completed, or created by Employee (whether solely by Employee or jointly with others) within the scope of Employee's employment with the Company; on the Company's time; or with the aid, assistance, or use of any property, equipment, facilities, supplies, resources, personnel, or Intellectual Property of the Company; (ii) the result of any work, services, or duties performed or suggested by Employee for or on behalf of the Company; (iii) related to the industry or trade of the Company; or (iv) related to the current or demonstrably anticipated business, research, or development of the Company.
Employment Inventions includes any inventions made or discovered wholly or partially by you at any time in the course of your employment with Unilever whether or not during working hours or using Unilever’s premises or resources.

Employment Inventions shall include all and any Invention made by you wholly or partially at any time during the Employment (whether or not during your normal hours of work and/or using Company premises or resources).

  • Employment means any occupation, vocation or employment, or any form of vocational or educational training. Provided, however, that "employment" shall not, for the purposes of this article, include membership in any law enforcement agency.

  • Invention means any idea, concept, discovery, learning, invention, development, research, technology, work of authorship, trade secret, software, firmware, content, audio-visual material, tool, process, technique, know-how, data, plan, device, apparatus, specification, design, prototype, circuit, layout, mask work, algorithm, program, code, documentation or other material or information, tangible or intangible, and all versions, modifications, enhancements and derivative works thereof, whether or not it may be patented, copyrighted, trademarked or otherwise protected.

  • Employment Termination means the effective date of: (i) Executive’s voluntary termination of employment with the Company with Good Reason, or (ii) the termination of Executive’s employment by the Company without Good Cause.
