Employment Inventions definition

Employment Inventions means any Invention or part thereof conceived, developed, reduced to practice, or created by Employee which is:

Employment Inventions means any Invention which is made wholly or partially by the Employee at any time during the course of their employment with the Company (whether or not during working hours or using the Company’s premises or resources, and whether or not recorded in material form);

Employment Inventions means any Invention which is made wholly or partially by you at any time during the course of your employment with the Company (whether or not during working hours or using Company premises or resources, and whether or not recorded in material form);

Examples of Employment Inventions in a sentence

• Executive hereby assigns to the Company any rights which he may acquire in such Employment Inventions.

• All Employment Inventions shall be the sole and exclusive property of the Company, and the Company shall have the right to use and to apply for patents, copyrights or other statutory or common law protection for such Employment Inventions in any country.

• Furthermore, Executive agrees to assist the Company in every proper way at the Company’s expense to obtain patents, copyrights and other statutory or common law protections for such Employment Inventions in any country and to enforce such rights from time to time.

• Employment Inventions and Writings This Agreement does not apply to inventions or improvements in which you have an interest which were made prior to your employment by the Company.

• Furthermore, Executive agrees to assist the Company in every proper way at the Company's expense to obtain patents, copyrights and other statutory or common law protections for such Employment Inventions in any country and to enforce such rights from time to time.

• The Company hereby acknowledges and agrees that, for all purposes of this Agreement, none of the inventions listed on Exhibit A shall be treated as Employment Inventions hereunder.

• Executive hereby agrees that if he conceives, learns, makes or first reduces to practice, either alone or jointly with others, any "Employment Inventions" (as defined in Section 9.3 below) while he is employed by the Company, either as an employee or as a consultant, he will promptly disclose such Employment Inventions to the Board or to any other Company officer designated by the Board.

• Employee agrees to keep and maintain, or assist in keeping and maintaining, such records (such as laboratory notebooks properly and periodically witnessed and understood) as will show the conception, reduction to practice and operation of all Employment Inventions, as well as such other records as the Company may request, which records shall be and remain the property of and available to, the Company.

• Executive hereby agrees that if he conceives, learns, makes or first reduces to practice, either alone or jointly with others, any “Employment Inventions” (as defined in Section 10.3 below) while he is employed by the Company, either as an employee or as a consultant, he will promptly disclose such Employment Inventions to the CEO or to any other Company officer designated by the Board.

• All Employment Inventions (as defined in Section 10.3 below) shall be the sole and exclusive property of the Consolidated Company, and the Consolidated Company shall have the right to use and to apply for patents, copyrights, or other statutory or common law protection for such Employment Inventions in any country.

More Definitions of Employment Inventions

Employment Inventions as used herein, means any Invention or part thereof conceived, developed, reduced to practice, completed or created which is: (i) conceived, developed, reduced to practice, completed, or created by Employee (whether solely by Employee or jointly with others) within the scope of Employee's employment with the Company; on the Company's time; or with the aid, assistance, or use of any property, equipment, facilities, supplies, resources, personnel, or Intellectual Property of the Company; (ii) the result of any work, services, or duties performed or suggested by Employee for or on behalf of the Company; (iii) related to the industry or trade of the Company; or (iv) related to the current or demonstrably anticipated business, research, or development of the Company.

Employment Inventions includes any inventions made or discovered wholly or partially by you at any time in the course of your employment with Unilever whether or not during working hours or using Unilever’s premises or resources.

Employment Inventions. Any Invention which is made wholly or partially by the Executive at any time during the course of the Employment (whether or not during working hours or using the Company premises or resources, and whether or not recorded in material form) “Employment IPRs” Intellectual Property Rights created wholly or partially by the Executive in the course of the Employment (whether or not during working hours or using the Company premises or resources)

Employment Inventions shall include all and any Invention made by you wholly or partially at any time during the Employment (whether or not during your normal hours of work and/or using Company premises or resources).

Employment Inventions shall have the meaning set forth in Section 34-39-2 of the Utah Employment Inventions Act. 2
