Company Employees shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.10(a).
Designated Employees means a person occupying any of the following position in the Company:
Management Company Employee means an individual employed by a Person providing management services to the Company which are required for the ongoing successful operation of the business enterprise of the Company, but excluding a Person engaged in Investor Relations Activities;
Seller 401(k) Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 5.5(e).
Key Employees means each of the following individuals: Xxx Xxxxxxx, Xxxxx Xxxxxxxx, Xxxxx Xxxxxx and Xxxxx Xxxxxxx.
Owner-Employee means a Self-Employed Individual who is a partner and owns more than 10% of either the capital or profits interest of the partnership.
Company Employee means any current or former employee, independent contractor or director of the Company or any Company Affiliate.
Affected Employees means those employees who are exposed to the hazard(s) identified as a violation(s) in a citation.
Number of Employees enter the total number of Employees in the employment category employed to provide services under the Contract during the report period, including part time Employees and Employees of subcontractors.
Medical Benefits Schedule means the Medicare Schedule of Benefits produced by the Department of Health to which all fees and benefits relate for inpatient hospital services.
Residence Employee means a person employed by you to perform duties in connection with the maintenance or use of the insured premises. This includes persons who perform household or domestic services or duties of a similar nature for you. This does not include persons while performing duties in connection with your business.
Continuing Employees shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.9(a).
Newly hired employee or “New Hire” means any employee, whether permanent, full-time, or part-time, hired by the Office and who is still employed as of the date of new employee orientation. It also includes all employees who are or have been previously employed by the Office and whose current position has placed them in the bargaining unit represented by CSEA. For those latter employees, for purposes of this article only, the “date of hire” is the date upon which the employees’ employment status changed as such that the employee was placed in the CSEA unit.
Non-Officer Employee means any person who serves or has served as an employee or agent of the Corporation, but who is not or was not a Director or Officer;
Expatriate means an internationally recruited staff member, who is not a citizen or permanent resident of Samoa, and who resides in Samoa only by virtue of employment with SPREP.
Company 401(k) Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 6.4(e).
Transferred Employees has the meaning set forth in Section 6.4(a).
Requisition Compensation includes all compensation or other moneys payable by reason of any act or event such as is referred to in paragraph (b) of the definition of “Total Loss”;
Hired Employees has the meaning set forth in Section 6.1(a).
Transferred Employee has the meaning set forth in Section 6.01(a).
Continuing Employee has the meaning set forth in Section 6.7(a).
Retained Employees has the meaning set forth in Section 6.1.1.
Hired Employee has the meaning set forth in Section 6.1.6.
Seller Employees shall have the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 7.4(a) hereof.
Contract employee means a probationary faculty employee or a grant- funded employee hired on a year-to-year basis in accordance with Education Code 87470.
Business Employee means any individual employed by Seller in or in connection with the Business.
