Annual Performance Evaluation. On either a fiscal year or calendar year basis, (consistently applied from year to year), the Bank shall conduct an annual evaluation of Executive’s performance. The annual performance evaluation proceedings shall be included in the minutes of the Board meeting that next follows such annual performance review.
Annual Performance Evaluation. The City may implement a program of annual performance evaluation. Such evaluations shall be conducted by the employee's immediate supervisor and reviewed by additional levels of supervision. Each employee may make written comments on the evaluation, which shall be made a part of the employee's personnel records.

The City Manager and Department Director shall annually develop mutually agreeable performance goals and criteria which the City Manager shall use in reviewing Department Director’s performance in the following year. Departmental evaluation guidelines should reflect the mission and needs of the department, college, and University, cover the primary areas of the NTT appointment and must be approved by the Xxxx and Xxxxxxx. Reviews of NTT faculty members will be based solely on their fulfillment of their letters of appointment. Each home department shall review annually the performance of all NTT faculty who have contracted for at least 7.5 workload units (0.5 FTE) in any semester in the calendar year for which they are being reviewed and who are employed during the time of the annual review, or who are employed on a multi-year contract. All NTT faculty who are reviewed will receive a written evaluation.
Annual Performance Evaluation. The City may implement a program of annual performance evaluation subject to Union review and comment. The program of annual performance evaluations shall be conducted as provided in the guidelines set forth in Administrative Regulation
Annual Performance Evaluation. The Employer agrees to conduct an annual performance evaluation with every employee. Such evaluation shall fairly and accurately cover the duties and responsibilities of every employee. The employee will be provided with a copy of the evaluation used, and the Employer agrees to discuss with the employee any items contained in said evaluation. The employee shall have the right to add pertinent information or brief comments to any evaluation, and to have such comments or information attached to such evaluation. The performance evaluation system will align with the Accountable Government Act.
Annual Performance Evaluation. 1. An Annual Performance Evaluation shall be conducted for all Full-Time and Part-Time Members, except for Full-Time Members in their final year of service.

Annual Performance Evaluation. On a calendar year basis, the Bank and/or the Company (acting through the full Board or a committee thereof) shall conduct an annual performance evaluation of the Executive, the results of which shall be included in the minutes of the Board or committee meeting and communicated to the Executive. The first such annual performance evaluation shall occur in January 2010.
