Employee After-Tax Contribution Account definition

Employee After-Tax Contribution Account means the separate account established in the name of a Participant pursuant to Article 6.2(a)(ii) to record the Employee After-Tax Contributions by the Participant and the earnings, losses and expenses allocated thereto.
Employee After-Tax Contribution Account means the Account maintained to record a Participant’s allocation of Employee Contributions and other adjustments as required under Article IV, V or X of the Plan.

More Definitions of Employee After-Tax Contribution Account

Employee After-Tax Contribution Account the account or sub-account established and maintained to reflect a Participant's Employee After-Tax Contributions under Section 3.4 or under the Prior Plan, as periodically adjusted for investment experience.

  • Employer Contribution Account means, for any Participant, the account established by the Administrator or Trustee to which Employer Contributions made under Section 3.5 for the Participant's benefit are credited.

  • Matching Contribution means Employer contributions made to this Plan or any other defined contribution plan by reason of Thrift Contributions or Elective Deferrals under this Plan.

  • Catch-Up Contribution means an Elective Deferral made to the Plan by a Catch-Up Eligible Participant that, during any taxable year of such Participant, exceeds one of the following:

  • Rollover Contributions means, for any Participant, his rollover contributions as provided in Section 7.1.

  • Qualified Matching Contributions means Matching Contributions which are immediately nonforfeitable when made, and which would be nonforfeitable, regardless of the age or service of the Employee or whether the Employee is employed on a certain date, and which may not be distributed, except upon one of the events described under Section 401(k)(2)(B) of the Code and the regulations thereunder.
