Company Contribution Amount definition

Company Contribution Amount means, for any one Plan Year, the amount determined in accordance with Section 3.5.

Company Contribution Amount means the amount credited to a Participant's Company Contribution Account under Section 4.2.

• The amount so credited to a Participant may be smaller or larger than the amount credited to any other Participant, and the amount credited to any Participant for a Plan Year may be zero, even though one or more other Participants receive a Company Contribution Amount for that Plan Year.

• The amount so credited to a Participant may be smaller or larger than the amount credited to any other Participant, and the amount credited to any Participant for a Plan Year may be zero, even though one or more other Participants receive an Annual Company Contribution Amount for that Plan Year.

More Definitions of Company Contribution Amount

Company Contribution Amount means the amount of the Company’s or a Participating Company’s matching contribution, if any, for a Participant under the Pilgrim’s Pride Retirement Savings Plan that is required to be reduced for a Plan Year pursuant to the operation of Code Section 401(m) and any other nonelective contributions allocable to a Participant that are made by the Company or a Participating Company.

Company Contribution Amount means, with respect to each applicable Eligible Employee, an amount (which amount may, for the avoidance of doubt, be zero) as determined by the Committee from time to time.

Company Contribution Amount means an amount awarded by a Company pursuant to Section 3.2 hereof.

Company Contribution Amount means the initial amount allocated to the Company Contribution Account in accordance with Section 3.1(a) of the Plan and thereafter the monthly amount allocated to the Company Contribution Account in accordance with Section 3.1(b) of the Plan.
