Education and Care Service definition

Education and Care Service means a children’s care service that is established to care for or educate school children outside school hours on school days, or on non- school or pupil-free days. Education and Care Service Fees means any of the fees charged by the Licensee to parents or guardians using the Education and Care Service set out in Schedule 2. Environment means the physical factors of the surroundings of, human/non human life forms, including without limitation the land, soil, plants, habitat, waters, atmosphere, climate, sounds, odours, tastes, biodiversity and the social and aesthetic values of landscapes.

Examples of Education and Care Service in a sentence

  • The Licensee may decrease any of the Education and Care Service Fees at any time provided it has notified the School Council in writing of the intended decrease, including the effective date(s).
