Free Days. (a) For non-working days, one-half of the musician’s actual performing fee shall be paid, in addition to all other payments.

MM&P Top 5 Mates shall bid, by seniority, two (2) consecutive free days per week; open free days to be bid will be designated by the WSF, which will be repeated every week on the same consecutive days. A Mate who chooses to observe all free days for the work period may notify the WSF Dispatch Coordinator for MM&P on the Wednesday prior to a new work period. By exercising this option, Dispatch will not be required to call the employee to work on their free days during the work period in which free days are claimed.

Free Days. (a) For non-working days on tour, or for musicians based outside Northern Ireland who are required to remain in Northern Ireland during an engagement, 60% of the musician’s actual performing fee will be paid (see Clause 2), in addition to all other payments.
Free Days. On the Relief deck employees free days, vacation and sick leave time off, there is not a requirement for the employee to call back. Should a Relief deck employee choose to have their free day observed, they will not be called for work on their free day during day to day dispatch. If an employee chooses not to return a call on their free day, dispatch shall not be obligated to wait fifteen (15) minutes on any subsequent calls for the employee to return a call and shall move on down the list, and all the subsequent jobs offered do not qualify for bypass pay.
Free Days. Please refer to your supplemental information for details. Free Days do not qualify for rental credits but will qualify toward Membership levels. Member is responsible for all fees and taxes applicable to the rental credits and Free Days the Member earns under the Program. Payment for such fees and taxes shall be the sole responsibility of the Member. No paper certificates will be issued for Free Days, instead, Free Days will be retained in your Profile. Free Days earned by a Member do not constitute property of such Member and cannot be redeemed for cash or other value at any time including upon termination of Membership.

Free Days. A regular full-time Registered Nurse shall be entitled to four (4) free days per year. Free days shall be scheduled in advance and with the approval of the Hospital. A Registered Nurse must request a free day one month in advance except in an emergency situation where such advance request is not possible in which case he/she shall request such free day at the earliest possible time. Free days shall not be designated by the Employer. Free days shall be pro-rated, one (1) for each three (3) months of employment during a year. The Employer shall retain the same rights to require work on free days scheduled as on legal holidays and on the same conditions. Registered Nurses with at least twenty (20) years of LMC service shall be entitled to five (5) free days per year. Where necessary a maximum of two (2) free days shall be advanced for use by new graduates to take Registered Nurse state boards. Regular part-time Registered Nurses shall receive a pro-rated benefit under this Section.
