Dow’s Competing Chelant Business means all assets, properties, business and goodwill, tangible and intangible of Dow relating to the research, development, manufacture, distribution or sale of Chelant Products, its employees, agents, representatives, and any other personnel assigned to such business, or to whom such persons report directly or indirectly.
