Dividend Price definition

Dividend Price means the Average Price in respect of shares of Class A Common Stock for the Dividend Determination Period in the relevant Dividend Year.
Dividend Price means the Average Price per share of Common Stock for the Dividend Determination Period in the relevant Dividend Year.

Dividend Price means the arithmetic mean of the VWAP's for the 10 Trading Days immediately prior to the Dividend Payment Date.
