Dividend Payment definition

Dividend Payment means dividends (in cash, Property or obligations) on, or other payments or distributions on account of, or the setting apart of money for a sinking or other analogous fund for, or the purchase, redemption, retirement or other acquisition of, any shares of any class of stock of the Company or of any warrants, options or other rights to acquire the same, but excluding dividends payable solely in shares of common stock of the Company.

Dividend Payment means, as of a particular date, for each distribution declared and paid on one Class A Unit between the Effective Date and such date (excluding dividends and distributions paid in the form of additional Common Shares and Class A Units unless adjustment is otherwise made pursuant to Section 8 hereof) the amount of such distribution.

  • In the event that any Dividend Payment Date would otherwise fall on a day that is not a Business Day, the dividend payment due on that date will be postponed to the next day that is a Business Day and no additional dividends will accrue as a result of that postponement.

  • Although any particular Dividend Payment Date may not occur on the originally scheduled date because of the exceptions discussed above, the next succeeding Dividend Payment Date, subject to such exceptions, will occur on the next following originally scheduled date.
