Common Share definition

Common Share means one share of the common stock of the Company.
Common Share means a common share in the capital of the Company.
Common Share means the Common Shares of the Company and any other class of securities into which such securities may hereafter be reclassified or changed.

  • No adjustment in the Exercise Price or the number of Class A Common Shares into which this Warrant is exercisable shall be made if the amount of such adjustment would be less than $0.01 or one-tenth (1/10th) of a Class A Common Share.
