Dividend Parity Stock definition
Dividend Parity Stock means any class or series of stock of the Corporation that ranks on a parity with the Series E in the payment of current dividends, including the Series A, the Series B, the Series C and the Series D.
Dividend Parity Stock means any other class or series of capital stock of the Corporation now or hereafter authorized, issued or outstanding that, by its terms, expressly provides that it ranks pari passu with the Series A Preferred Stock as to the payment of dividends (regardless whether such capital stock bears dividends on a non-cumulative or cumulative basis).
Dividend Parity Stock means any class or series of stock of the Corporation that ranks on a parity with the Series C Preferred Stock in the payment of current dividends, including the Series A Preferred Stock.
Examples of Dividend Parity Stock in a sentence
As used in this paragraph, “full dividends” means, as to this Series and any Dividend Parity Stock that bears dividends on a cumulative basis, the amount of dividends that would need to be declared and paid to bring this Series and such Dividend Parity Stock current in dividends, including undeclared dividends for past dividend periods (that is, for this Series, full Accrued Dividends).

Dividend Parity Stock means any class or series of stock of the Corporation that ranks on a parity with Series B in the payment of current dividends, including the Series A.
