Dividend Period definition

Dividend Period means the Initial Dividend Period, any 7-Day Dividend Period and any Special Dividend Period.
Dividend Period means, with respect to any Series, the Dividend Period for such Series set forth in the Appendix for such Series.
Dividend Period means the Initial Dividend Period and, thereafter, each Quarterly Dividend Period.

  • Dividends payable for any period other than a full Dividend Period (based on the number of actual days elapsed during the period) shall be computed on the basis of days elapsed over a 360-day year consisting of twelve 30-day months.

  • A “Cash Dividend Period” is the respective period commencing on and including the first day of each month and ending on and including the day preceding the first day of the next succeeding Cash Dividend Period (other than the initial Cash Dividend Period and the Cash Dividend Period during which any shares of Series T Preferred Stock shall be redeemed or otherwise acquired by the Corporation).

More Definitions of Dividend Period

Dividend Period means the period from and including any Dividend Payment Date to, but excluding, the next Dividend Payment Date; provided, however, the initial Dividend Period shall be the period from and including the Original Issue Date to, but excluding, the next Dividend Payment Date (the “Initial Dividend Period”).
