Dividends payable for any period other than a full Dividend Period (based on the number of actual days elapsed during the period) shall be computed on the basis of days elapsed over a 360-day year consisting of twelve 30-day months.
A “Cash Dividend Period” is the respective period commencing on and including the first day of each month and ending on and including the day preceding the first day of the next succeeding Cash Dividend Period (other than the initial Cash Dividend Period and the Cash Dividend Period during which any shares of Series T Preferred Stock shall be redeemed or otherwise acquired by the Corporation).
