Common Stock Dividend definition

Common Stock Dividend means a stock dividend declared and paid on the Common Stock that is payable in shares of Common Stock.
Common Stock Dividend means a stock dividend declared and paid on the Common Stock and Nonvoting Common Stock that is payable in shares of Common Stock and Nonvoting Common Stock, respectively.
