Disengagement Plan means the disengagement plan developed by the Contractor and approved by the Customer in accordance with thisSchedule 6; and

Examples of Disengagement Plan in a sentence

On request in writing by the Industry Body from time to time (no more than once per year other than during the Disengagement Period), the Service Provider will prepare or update a plan describing the activities, resources and Charges required in connection with any Disengagement Services that may be required under the Agreement (the Disengagement Plan).
