Disengagement Services definition

Disengagement Services means all services (other than the Services) provided hereunder at the request of VS primarily for the purpose of disengaging and transitioning Services from Service Provider and its Affiliates to VS or any of its Affiliates.

Disengagement Services means all services (other than the Services) provided hereunder at the request of L Brands primarily for the purpose of disengaging and transitioning Services from Service Provider and its Affiliates to L Brands or any of its Affiliates.

Disengagement Services means (i) the services necessary to return Recipient Data to Recipient, and may include (ii) the continuation of the affected Services until the end of the disengagement period described in Section 14.7 if such continuation of Services is requested by Customer pursuant to Section 14.7.

Examples of Disengagement Services in a sentence

• Upon termination or expiry of any Services Order (End Date), the Customer may request that Velrada provides the Disengagement Services, subject to a new Service Order.

• The amounts charged for the Disengagement Services will be the Fees specified for the relevant Services provided as part of the Disengagement Services.

• Velrada will issue invoices in accordance with clause b), and the Customer must pay Velrada in accordance with clause 6, for the performance of the Disengagement Services.

• Each Disengagement Period will start on the date specified by the LFC in the Disengagement Services Notice.

• The Contractor will provide the Disengagement Services, and comply with the requirements of Schedule 10 (Disengagement), regardless of the reason for the termination of all or any part of this Agreement.

More Definitions of Disengagement Services

Disengagement Services means the services and activities required by the Disengagement Plan.

Disengagement Services will include the obligations set forth in Schedule 16, the obligation to continue to provide the Services, and the following:

Disengagement Services means the provision by the Service Provider of all reasonable information and assistance to Transnet to enable Transnet or a Third Party designated by Transnet to take over the Service Provider’s obligations under this Agreement in the event of termination or expiration of this Agreement.
