Disclosure Record definition

Disclosure Record means the Company’s prospectuses, annual reports, annual and interim financial statements, annual information forms, business acquisition reports, management discussion and analysis of financial condition and results of operations, information circulars, material change reports, press releases and all other information or documents required to be filed or furnished by the Company under Applicable Securities Laws which have been publicly filed or otherwise publicly disseminated by the Company;
Disclosure Record means all information contained in any press releases, material change reports, financial statements, prospectuses, annual and quarterly reports or other document of the Corporation which has been publicly filed on SEDAR by, or on behalf of, the Corporation pursuant to Applicable Securities Laws of the Canadian Selling Jurisdictions;
Disclosure Record means all documents publicly filed by the Company on the System for Electronic Document Analysis and Retrieval (SEDAR) under applicable Securities Laws.
