Continuing Disclosure Certificate definition

Continuing Disclosure Certificate means that certain contractual undertaking executed by the District in connection with the issuance of the Refunding Bonds pursuant to paragraph (b)(5) of Rule 15c2-12 adopted by the Securities and Exchange Commission under the Securities and Exchange Act of 1934, dated as of the date of issuance of the Refunding Bonds, as amended from time to time in accordance with the provisions thereof.
Continuing Disclosure Certificate means that certain Continuing Disclosure Certificate executed by the District and dated the date of issuance and delivery of the Bonds, as originally executed and as it may be amended from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof.
Continuing Disclosure Certificate means that certain Continuing Disclosure Certificate approved under the terms of this Resolution and to be executed by the Issuer and dated the date of issuance and delivery of the Notes, as originally executed and as it may be amended from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof.

Continuing Disclosure Certificate means the Continuing Disclosure Certificate executed by the Successor Agency dated as of the Closing Date, as originally executed and as it may be amended from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof.
