Examples of Designated Manager in a sentence
We may issue letters of warning/education or impose sanctions as appropriate, including notifying your Designated Manager, issuing a reprimand (orally or in writing), restricting your trading privileges, reducing your discretionary bonus, if any, requiring reversal of a trade made in violation of the Code or other applicable policies, or taking other disciplinary action, including, but not limited to, suspension or termination of your employment.
You may not engage in any Outside Business Activity, regardless of whether or not you receive compensation or are asked to engage in such activity by the Firm, without prior approval first from the Employee’s Designated Manager and then from Compliance.
