Sales Agent definition

Sales Agent means an authorized representative of the Company; and

Sales Agent has the meaning set forth in the introductory paragraph of this Agreement.

Sales Agent means any individual other than a broker− dealer who represents a broker−dealer or issuer in effecting or attempting to effect transactions in securities.
