Description of Data all records of your recruitment, contract, performance, disciplinary record, sickness record, pension details, wages, salary and other benefits, appraisals and all other information arising in the performance of your contract of employment.
Description of Data. As used in this Agreement, the term “Data” means patient's information (including any information concerning the physiological or physical condition), administrative data, and any additional medical data and records used and/or collected by Leumit, furnished by Leumit to the Licensee pursuant to this Agreement (the “Data”). Leumit agrees to provide the Licensee a synthetic Data set (see appendix 1) based on genuine Leumit's EMR data to the extent of approximately 10% of Leumit customers. The license granted herby is solely for the purpose of research and development (the “Study”) subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. The data access will be affective for an initial period of 1 (one) month ("The License term"). This period can be extended by the Licensee's request according to the current payment schedule (Appendix 2). Licensee hereby warrants and undertakes as follows:

Information requested by a person who the department reasonably believes or knows the identity of the teacher, paraprofessional, principal, or administrator to whom the education record relates.

  • Summary data means statistical records and reports derived from data on individuals but in which individuals are not identified and from which neither their identities nor any other characteristic that could uniquely identify the individual is ascertainable.

  • GLO Data means any data or information owned by the GLO, including PII or SPI as defined below, that Provider creates, obtains, accesses (via records, systems, or otherwise), receives (from the GLO or on behalf of the GLO), or uses in the performance of the Contract or any documents related thereto.

  • Commercial Information means information regarding the purchase and sale of goods and services, including, but not limited to, information regarding marketing strategy, production data, assessments of goods and services, mineral exploration records, and compilations of data regarding commercial activity.

  • Tangible Information means information that is contained in written, electronic or other tangible forms.
