If less than the entire principal amount of Notes held by the holder is tendered, the tendering holder should fill in the principal amount tendered in the column labeled "Aggregate Principal Amount Tendered" of the box entitled "Description of Notes Tendered" (Box 1) above.
If less than the entire principal amount of any notes evidenced by a submitted certificate is tendered, the tendering holder must fill in the principal amount tendered in the last column of the box entitled "Description of Notes" herein.
If the space provided in the box captioned "Description of Notes Tendered" above is inadequate, the certificate number(s) and/or the principal amount of Notes and any other required information should be listed on a separate signed schedule and such schedule should be attached to this Letter.
If you wish to tender less than the entire principal amount of any Old Notes evidenced by a certificate, you must fill in the principal amount tendered in the last column of the "Description of Notes" box above.
