Explanatory Note. Pursuant to this Article 26, and notwithstanding any provision in the Contract to the contrary the Government shall have the right to disclose and freely use all data and information at its sole discretion except for data of proprietary nature such as interpretation report to any party on or after three (3) years from acquisition of such data in order to promote exploration and production activities in the country. Explanatory Note means a written statement associated with a draft planning agreement in accordance with Clause 25E of the Regulation.
