Examples of Deemed Investment Options in a sentence
The Deemed Investment Options are to be used for measurement purposes only, and the Plan Administrator’s selection of any such Deemed Investment Option, the allocation of such Deemed Investment Options to the Account, the calculation of additional amounts, and the crediting or debiting of such amounts to the Account shall not be considered or construed in any manner as an actual investment of the Account.
During payout, the Participant’s Account(s) shall continue to be credited with Deemed Investment gains or losses based on the Deemed Investment Options selected by the Participant and made available by the Plan Administrator for such purpose.
A Participant shall have the right to direct the Plan Administrator as to how the Participant’s Deferral Amounts, Discretionary Contributions, and Matching Contributions shall be deemed to be invested among the Deemed Investment Options offered under the Plan, subject to any operating rules and procedures imposed by the Plan Administrator.
As of each Valuation Date, the Participant’s Account(s) will be credited or debited to reflect the performance of the Deemed Investment Options elected by the Participant.
The Plan Administrator may discontinue, substitute, or add Deemed Investment Options in its sole discretion on a prospective basis.
The Plan Administrator will determine the available Deemed Investment Options for purposes of crediting or debiting the Deemed Investment gains or losses to the Account.
