Investment Election definition

Investment Election means the Participant’s election to have deferred amounts credited with hypothetical earnings credits (or losses) that track the investment performance of the Investment Options and/or Common Stock in accordance with Article V.
Investment Election means an election, made in such form as the Administrative Committee may direct, pursuant to which a Participant may elect the Investment Funds in which the amounts credited to his Account will be deemed to be invested.
Investment Election means an election made by the Executive Participant selecting the investment credit factor(s) that will be applicable to the Executive Participant’s Supplemental Savings Account. The Committee shall determine the manner in which Investment Elections may be made and the frequency with which such elections may be prospectively changed.

Examples of Investment Election in a sentence

  • Any Investment Election which has not been properly completed will be deemed not to have been received.

  • Each Participant may make an Investment Election prescribing the percentage of his existing Account balance that will be deemed invested in each Investment Fund.

  • Each Participant may make an Investment Election prescribing the percentage of the future contributions that will be deemed invested in each Investment Fund.

  • Any such changed Investment Election may result in amending Investment Elections for prior deferrals or for future deferrals or both.

  • Upon receipt by the Committee, and in accordance with rules established by the Committee, an Investment Election shall be effective as soon as practicable after receipt and processing of the election by the Committee.


More Definitions of Investment Election

Investment Election means the form, filed with the Administrative Committee or its delegate, or such other procedure as may be specified by the Administrative Committee at any time, and from time to time, through which a Participant may designate the manner in which his Accounts (other than his Company Stock Account) shall be allocated among the Investment Funds.
Investment Election means the election by which a Participant directs the investment of his or her Account in accordance with Section 4.2.

Investment Election means an election by which a Participant directs the investment of his Contributions or amounts allocated to his Account, as described in Section 6.1. Rules applicable to Investment Elections may be established by the Plan Administrator. Such rules may, among other things, limit the Investment Options that may be elected by the Participant and establish the time and manner in which such an election may be made.
Investment Election means the Election Form filed by a Deferred Participant on which he selects his or her Measurement Preferences, as described in Section 5.4.
