Daily Cash Settlement Amount definition

Daily Cash Settlement Amount. For any Unwind Date, the product of (i) the Daily Share Number of such Unwind Date and (ii)(A) the Settlement Price for such Unwind Date minus (B) the Daily Forward Price on the day that is one Settlement Cycle immediately following such Unwind Date. Unwind Date: Each Exchange Business Day during the Unwind Period on which Dealer or its affiliates unwind any portion of Dealer’s Hedge Positions in respect of the relevant Designated Date.
Daily Cash Settlement Amount means, with respect to any VWAP Trading Day, one-fifth of the product of (A) the excess of the Conversion Rate on such VWAP Trading Day over the Authorized Share Capped Conversion Rate on such VWAP Trading Day; and (B) the Daily VWAP per share of Common Stock on such VWAP Trading Day.
Daily Cash Settlement Amount means, for each consecutive Trading Day during the Calculation Period, one 50th (1/50th) of the product of (i) the applicable Conversion Ratio on such Trading Day and (ii) the Daily VWAP of the Common Stock on such Trading Day, as determined by the Calculation Agent.

  • Daily Maximum Cash Amount means, with respect to the conversion of any Note, the quotient obtained by dividing (A) the Specified Dollar Amount applicable to such conversion by (B) forty (40).

  • PIPE Investment Amount has the meaning specified in Section 6.16.

  • Daily Amount means, in respect of a DMA and a Daily Calculation Period, the Daily Gain or Daily Loss for such DMA and Daily Calculation Period.

  • Daily Conversion Value means, for each of the 40 consecutive Trading Days during the relevant Observation Period, 2.5% of the product of (a) the Conversion Rate on such Trading Day and (b) the Daily VWAP on such Trading Day.

  • Monthly Settlement Date means the 25th day of each calendar month (or if such day is not a Business Day, the next occurring Business Day).
