Examples of Hedge Positions in a sentence
By subscribing for or purchasing the Warrants, each Warrantholder acknowledges and agrees that the Issuer or any of its affiliates may make such disclosure to any legal or regulatory body or authority as the Issuer or any of its affiliates shall consider necessary or appropriate regarding the Warrants or the Hedge Positions.
The Issuer may deduct and/or withhold an amount from any payment made pursuant to the terms of the Warrants if it reasonably expects that tax or duty may be chargeable to such payment or the disposal of the Hedge Positions.
Hedge Positions: means any one or more commercially reasonable (i) positions or contracts in, or relating to, securities, options, futures, other derivatives contracts or foreign exchange, (ii) stock loan transactions or (iii) other instruments, contracts, transactions or arrangements (howsoever described) that Investec determines appropriate to hedge any risk (other than the risk of non-performance byHolders) in relation to the Equity Structured Product.
The above situations may result in consequences which may be adverse to Warrantholders, including in the case of an event affecting Hedge Positions (as more fully described in the relevant Additional Terms and Conditions) an early expiration of the Warrants, with the resulting consequential adverse effect on the Warrants.
In addition to the provisions of these Detailed Rules, matters necessary for the hedge positions shall be prescribed by the Chukyo-oil Market Hedge Positions Handling Procedure.
