Daily Conversion Value definition

Daily Conversion Value means, for each of the 40 consecutive Trading Days during the relevant Observation Period, 2.5% of the product of (a) the Conversion Rate on such Trading Day and (b) the Daily VWAP on such Trading Day.

More Definitions of Daily Conversion Value

Daily Conversion Value means, for each of the sixty (60) consecutive Trading Days in the Cash Settlement Averaging Period, one-sixtieth (1/60th) of the product of (i) the applicable Conversion Rate and (ii) the Volume-Weighted Average Price of the Common Stock on such Trading Day.
Daily Conversion Value means, with respect to any VWAP Trading Day, one-twentieth (1/20th) of the product of (A) the Conversion Rate on such VWAP Trading Day; and (B) the Daily VWAP per share of Common Stock on such VWAP Trading Day.
