Cash Settlement Date definition

Cash Settlement Date means, for each Financially Settled Futures Transaction, the Business Day determined by Exchange from time to time in accordance with industry practice for such Transaction, as posted on Exchange’s Website not less than one month prior to the occurrence of such date, other than Invoices issued as a result of a Contracting Party’s Default or under the Close- out Procedure which amounts require payment immediately;
Cash Settlement Date means the date falling 5 Business Days following the Physical Settlement Date, or if Condition 7.15.2(i) applies, the date falling 5 Business Days following the valid delivery of the Cash Settlement Election Notice.
Cash Settlement Date means the Credit Event Redemption Date.

  • As specified in General Condition 23.1 (Definitions) For the purposes of a Preference Share Termination Event pursuant to General Condition 6 which includes, but is not limited to, the occurrence of an autocall event in respect of the Underlying Preference Share, the Securities will be redeemed on the applicable Early Cash Settlement Date.

More Definitions of Cash Settlement Date

Cash Settlement Date means, in respect of a Security, either (i) if Early Termination is specified as applicable in the relevant Final Terms or Pricing Supplement and an Early Termination Event occurs, and if the Determination Period accrues (or would accrue but for the occurrence of one or more event(s) giving rise to a Disrupted Day) on more than one Scheduled Trading Day immediately succeeding such Early Termination Date by reason of the occurrence of event(s) giving rise to a Disrupted Day, the eighth Business Day following the last occurring Determination Date or (ii) otherwise, the eighth Business Day following the Expiration Date in respect of such Security, which, in respect of Securities other than Open Ended Securities, is expected to be the Scheduled Cash Settlement Date;
Cash Settlement Date means, in relation to any Collateral Event or Programme Event, the day falling 5 Business Days after the Collateral Event Valuation Date or the Programme Event Valuation Date, as applicable.
Cash Settlement Date means the date falling no later than five Business Days after the Expiry Date.
Cash Settlement Date means (a) if the Cash Settlement Amount is not specified in the relevant Pricing Supplement, the date that is the number of Business Days specified in the relevant Pricing Supplement following the calculation of the Final Price and (b) if the Cash Settlement Amount is specified in the relevant Pricing Supplement, the date that is the number of Business Days specified in the relevant Pricing Supplement following the date of the Credit Event Notice Date;
