Cash Settlement Date definition

Cash Settlement Date means, for each Financially Settled Futures Transaction, the Business Day determined by Exchange from time to time in accordance with industry practice for such Transaction, as posted on Exchange’s Website not less than one month prior to the occurrence of such date, other than Invoices issued as a result of a Contracting Party’s Default or under the Close- out Procedure which amounts require payment immediately;
Cash Settlement Date means the date falling 5 Business Days following the Physical Settlement Date, or if Condition 7.15.2(i) applies, the date falling 5 Business Days following the valid delivery of the Cash Settlement Election Notice.
Cash Settlement Date means the Credit Event Redemption Date.

  • If the Swap Transaction is terminated on any Cash Settlement Date, Party A shall pay to Party B the relevant Equity Amounts and Cash Settlement Amounts as stated above.

  • Cash Settlement Date: The second Exchange Business Day immediately following the Cash Settlement Pricing Period.

  • Where the Issuer is to redeem the Notes by means of Cash Settlement, the redemption of each Note shall be effected by the payment by the Issuer to the Noteholders of the Cash Settlement Amount on the Cash Settlement Date, such amount to be apportioned pro rata among the Noteholders, rounding the resulting figure downwards to the nearest sub-unit of the relevant currency.

More Definitions of Cash Settlement Date

Cash Settlement Date means the date specified as such in the Issue Terms or, if such date is not a Business Day, the next succeeding Business Day unless specified otherwise in the applicable Issue Terms and if no such date is specified then the Cash Settlement Date shall be the date falling five Business Days following the relevant Exercise Date;
Cash Settlement Date means, in respect of a Security, either (i) if Early Termination is specified as applicable in the relevant Final Terms or Pricing Supplement and an Early Termination Event occurs, and if the Determination Period accrues (or would accrue but for the occurrence of one or more event(s) giving rise to a Disrupted Day) on more than one Scheduled Trading Day immediately succeeding such Early Termination Date by reason of the occurrence of event(s) giving rise to a Disrupted Day, the eighth Business Day following the last occurring Determination Date or (ii) otherwise, the eighth Business Day following the Expiration Date in respect of such Security, which, in respect of Securities other than Open Ended Securities, is expected to be the Scheduled Cash Settlement Date;
Cash Settlement Date means, in relation to any Collateral Event or Programme Event, the day falling 5 Business Days after the Collateral Event Valuation Date or the Programme Event Valuation Date, as applicable;
Cash Settlement Date means the date falling no later than five Business Days after the Expiry Date.
Cash Settlement Date means the date falling three Business Days (or such other number of days specified in the applicable Final Terms) after the Credit Event Valuation Date.
