Call Settlement Date definition

Call Settlement Date means the fifth Business Day following the last Index Business Day in the Call Measurement Period.
Call Settlement Date means, with respect to the exercise by the Company of its Call Right, any Trading Day on or after September 12, 2012 through and including the Maturity Date, subject to adjustment as provided under Section 3 hereof.
