Daily Settlement Price definition

Daily Settlement Price means the settlement price for a Swap calculated each Business Day by or on behalf of BSEF. The Daily Settlement Price can be expressed in currency, spread, yield or any other appropriate measure commonly used in swap markets.
Daily Settlement Price or “Settlement Price” means the official daily closing price for a Contract calculated each Business Day, as determined in accordance with Rule 906, and used for all open positions at the close of the daily settlement cycle.
Daily Settlement Price means, with respect to a security future, the settle- ment price of such security future de- termined at the close of trading each day, under the rules of the applicable exchange, clearing agency, or deriva- tives clearing organization.
