Settlement Amount has the meaning specified in Section 14.02(a)(iv).

Examples of Settlement Amount in a sentence

  • If any Exchange Business Day during an Unwind Period for any Transaction is a Disrupted Day, the Calculation Agent shall make commercially reasonable adjustments to the terms of such Transaction (including, without limitation, the Cash Settlement Amount, the number of Net Share Settlement Shares and the 10b-18 VWAP) to account for the occurrence of such Disrupted Day.

More Definitions of Settlement Amount

Settlement Amount means, with respect to a Transaction and the Non-Defaulting Party, the Losses or Gains, and Costs, including those which such Party incurs as a result of the liquidation of a Terminated Transaction pursuant to Section 5.2.
Settlement Amount means, with respect to any Early Termination Date, an amount (as determined by Party B) equal to the Termination Currency Equivalent of the amount (whether positive or negative) of any Market Quotation for the relevant Terminated Transaction or group of Terminated Transactions that is accepted by Party B so as to become legally binding; provided that:
