Unwind Date definition

Unwind Date shall have the meaning set forth in the Master Forward Confirmation.
Unwind Date. For any Cash Settlement or Net Share Settlement in respect of a Settlement Date, each day on which Dealer (or its agent or affiliate) purchases Shares in the market in connection with unwinding its commercially reasonable hedge position in a commercially reasonable manner in connection with such Settlement, starting on the first day of the Unwind Period. Failure to Deliver: Applicable if Dealer is required to deliver Shares hereunder; otherwise, Not Applicable.
Unwind Date. For any Cash Settlement or Net Share Settlement in respect of a Settlement Date, each day on which Dealer (or its agent or affiliate) purchases Shares in the market in connection with unwinding its commercially reasonable hedge position in a commercially reasonable manner in connection with such Settlement, starting on the first day of the Unwind Period.
