Customer Service Guarantee definition

Customer Service Guarantee or CSG means any performance standard of that name (as current) made pursuant to the Telecommunications (Consumer Protection and Service Standards) Xxx 0000 (Cth).
Customer Service Guarantee means any performance standards issued under Part 5 of the Telecommunications (Consumer Protection and Service Standards) Xxx 0000 (Cth). Contract means this document which sets out the terms upon which We provide the Service. Fees means all of the charges payable by You in accordance with this Contract.
Customer Service Guarantee means the current minimum performance standard set by the ACMA under sections 115, 117 and 120 of the Telecommunications (Consumer Protection and Service Standards) Xxx 0000. Customer means the customer identified in the Order Form.
