Customer Profile Schedule means a certain Customer Profile Schedule form (including Account Disclosures and Consents) executed by Company and delivered to Custodian in which Company provides certain information and makes certain elections which Company hereby certifies to be true and accurate and are considered to be Instructions from Company.
