Customer Crude Oil definition

Customer Crude Oil means any Crude Oil owned or Controlled by Customer.

  • Upon initial delivery, a laboratory analysis of Customer Crude Oil that complies with regulations and industry recommended practice shall be submitted to Provider by Customer and shall include API gravity, Xxxx Vapor Pressure, pour point, sediment and water content, sulfur content, hydrogen sulfide, and other characteristics as may be required by Provider.

  • Customer Group means Customer and any of its Affiliates established and/or doing business in the EEA, or United Kingdom;

  • Interconnection Customer means a Generation Interconnection Customer and/or a Transmission Interconnection Customer.

A Surplus Interconnection Customer is not a New Service Customer.

  • Generation Interconnection Customer means an entity that submits an Interconnection Request to interconnect a new generation facility or to increase the capacity of an existing generation facility interconnected with the Transmission System in the PJM Region.

  • End-Use Customer means a person or entity in Delaware that purchases electrical energy at retail prices from a Retail Electricity Supplier.

  • Customer Site means the site owned or leased by the Customer or any other site used to provide the Service, which is directly connected to a PoP managed by Liquid Telecom, as set out in the COF;

  • Customer Equipment means hardware, software, systems, cabling and facilities provided by you and used in conjunction with the Equipment that we supply to you in order to receive the Services;

  • Customer means the State agency or other entity identified in a contract as the party to receive commodities or contractual services pursuant to a contract or that orders commodities or contractual services via purchase order or other contractual instrument from the Contractor under the Contract. The “Customer” may also be the “Buyer” as defined in the PUR 1001 if it meets the definition of both terms.
