Custody Rules definition

Custody Rules means the rules set out in the CASS Client Assets sub-section of the Business Standards in the FCA Rules, and in particular (but without limitation) section 6 “Custody Rules” thereof.

Custody Rules means the Applicable Rules of a Relevant Regulator relating to the holding of assets on behalf of clients;

Custody Rules means the provisions of the FCA Handbook relating to the treatment of client assets.
