Crypto Assets definition

Crypto Assets means Cryptocurrencies, their derivatives or other types of digitalized assets and any Cryptocurrency Addresses.
Crypto Assets means for the purposes herein such type of assets which can only and exclusively be transmitted by means of block-chain technology, including but not limited to digital coins and digital tokens and any other type of digital mediums of exchange, such as Bitcoin, Ethereum, Fusion or Ripple.
Crypto Assets mean Cryptocurrencies, their derivatives or other types of digitalized assets and any Cryptocurrency Addresses and any and all associated Wallets.

Examples of Crypto Assets in a sentence

  • Crypto Assets are generally credited or debited via the appointed Crypto Custodian.

  • The same applies to trading in Crypto Assets, for which the Customer may place buy or sell orders.

  • You are solely responsible for determining what, if any, taxes apply to your Crypto Assets transactions.

  • If Trade Republic receives information from the Crypto Custodian or trading venue that affects the Customer's Crypto Assets, Trade Republic will notify the Customer of this information if it may have a significant impact on the Customer's legal position and notification of the Customer is necessary to protect the Customer's interests.

  • In this respect Trade Republic will particularly consider the circumstance of custody supported by the Crypto Custodian and any existing trading possibility of the Crypto Assets with the crypto trading partner.

Crypto Assets addresses" means all public addresses of crypto-assets and/or of public keys/digital wallets controlled by the CASP that are used or can be used in the operation of the CASP in relation to each crypto-asset;
