Crypto Assets definition

Crypto Assets means Cryptocurrencies, their derivatives or other types of digitalized assets and any Cryptocurrency Addresses.
Crypto Assets means digital assets that are issued or transferred using distributed ledger or blockchain technology, including but not limited to cryptocurrencies (e.g., Bitcoin, Ethereum), stablecoins, and other fungible or non-fungible tokens held or used by the Company.
Crypto Assets means such type of assets which can only and exclusively be transmitted employing block-chain technology, including but not limited to digital coins and digital tokens and any other type of digital mediums of exchange, such as Bitcoin, etc, to the full and absolute exempt of the securities of any kind.
