Company IT Assets definition
Company IT Assets means all Software, systems, servers, computers, hardware, firmware, middleware, networks, data, data communications lines, routers, hubs, switches and all other information technology equipment, and all associated documentation owned by or licensed, pursuant to valid and enforceable license agreements, to the Company and its Subsidiaries.
Company IT Assets means all IT Assets owned or purported to be owned by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.
Company IT Assets has the meaning set forth in Section 4.18(l).

The Company and its Subsidiaries solely own all Company IT Assets owned (or purported to be owned) by the Company or its Subsidiaries, free and clear of all Liens (other than Permitted Encumbrances), and otherwise have valid rights to use all the Company IT Assets used in and material to, or necessary for the conduct of, their respective businesses.

Company IT Assets means all IT Assets used or held for use by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries in the operation of the Business.
