Company IT Assets definition

Company IT Assets means computers, Software, firmware, middleware, servers, workstations, routers, hubs, switches, data communications lines, and all other information technology equipment, and all associated documentation, in each case, used or held for use by a member of the Company Group.
Company IT Assets means all Software, systems, servers, computers, hardware, firmware, middleware, networks, data, data communications lines, routers, hubs, switches and all other information technology equipment, and all associated documentation owned by or licensed, pursuant to valid and enforceable license agreements, to the Company and its Subsidiaries.
Company IT Assets means all IT Assets owned or purported to be owned by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.

  • The Company and its Subsidiaries have maintained and implemented commercially reasonable disaster recovery and security plans, procedures and facilities for the Business, and have taken and maintained commercially reasonable administrative, technical and physical measures that are designed to safeguard the Company Software and Company IT Assets from unauthorized access, disclosure or use by any Person.

  • The Company and its Subsidiaries have taken commercially reasonable steps to provide for the archival, back-up, recovery and restoration of the Company IT Assets.

More Definitions of Company IT Assets

Company IT Assets has the meaning set forth in Section 4.18(l).
Company IT Assets means all IT Assets owned by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries, or licensed or leased by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries pursuant to any written agreement.
Company IT Assets means the computers, software and software platforms, databases, websites, servers, routers, hubs, switches, circuits, networks, data communications lines and all other information technology infrastructure and equipment of the Company and its Subsidiaries that are required in connection with the operation of the business of the Company and its Subsidiaries.
Company IT Assets shall have the meaning assigned to it in Section 2.13(k).
Company IT Assets means any and all IT Assets used or held for use in connection with the operation of the business of the Company as previously conducted, as currently conducted or as currently proposed to be conducted, including all Company Websites.
Company IT Assets means computers, computer software, firmware, middleware, servers, workstations, routers, hubs, switches, data communications lines and all other information technology equipment, and all associated documentation owned by any Acquired Company or licensed or leased by any Acquired Company (excluding any public networks).
Company IT Assets means the computer systems, Software and Software platforms, hardware, electronic data processing and telecommunications networks, databases, websites, servers, routers, hubs, switches, circuits, networks, data communications lines and all other information technology infrastructure and equipment, including any outsourced systems and processes, in each case, that are used by or for, or otherwise relied on by, the Company or any of its Subsidiaries or that are required in connection with the operation of the business of the Company and its Subsidiaries.
