Company IT Assets definition
Company IT Assets means all Software, systems, servers, computers, hardware, firmware, middleware, networks, data, data communications lines, routers, hubs, switches and all other information technology equipment, and all associated documentation owned by or licensed, pursuant to valid and enforceable license agreements, to the Company and its Subsidiaries.
Company IT Assets means all IT Assets owned or purported to be owned by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.
Company IT Assets means the IT Assets owned, used or held for use (including through cloud-based or other third-party service providers) by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.
Examples of Company IT Assets in a sentence
No Acquired Company has inserted, and, to the Knowledge of the Company, no other person has inserted or alleged to have inserted any Disabling Device in any of the Company IT Assets.
To the knowledge of the Company, since the Applicable Date, there has been no material failure, breakdown, unauthorized use, access or security breach, or material interruption, modification, loss or material corruption of any Company IT Assets (or any data or other information or transactions stored or contained therein or processed or transmitted thereby).

Company IT Assets has the meaning set forth in Section 4.18(l).
Company IT Assets means all IT Assets owned by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries, or licensed or leased by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries pursuant to any written agreement.
