Company IT Assets definition

Company IT Assets means all Software, systems, servers, computers, hardware, firmware, middleware, networks, data, data communications lines, routers, hubs, switches and all other information technology equipment, and all associated documentation owned by or licensed, pursuant to valid and enforceable license agreements, to the Company and its Subsidiaries.
Company IT Assets means all IT Assets owned or purported to be owned by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.
Company IT Assets means all IT Assets used or held for use by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries in the operation of the Business.

  • The Company and its Subsidiaries currently take, and have taken, all reasonable actions, consistent with applicable industry practices, including implementation and maintenance of administrative, physical and technical controls, to protect the integrity and security of the Company IT Assets and the data and other information stored thereon.

  • Without limiting the foregoing, the Company IT Assets are in all material respects adequate and sufficient (including with respect to capacity, scalability and ability to process current and anticipated peak volumes in a timely manner) for the conduct and operation of the business of the Company as currently conducted.

More Definitions of Company IT Assets

Company IT Assets has the meaning set forth in Section 4.18(l).
