Included Assets means the Investments owned as of the Termination Date or the Investment Liquidity Date, as applicable, and any Investments acquired after the Termination Date or the Investment Liquidity Date, as applicable, for which a contract to acquire such Investment had been entered into by or on behalf of the General Partner as of the Termination Date or the Investment Liquidity Date, as applicable.

Included Assets has the meaning set forth in Section 19(b)(ii).

Included Assets means the Investments owned as of the Termination Date.

Included Assets means the Vornado Included Assets and the JBG Included Assets.

Included Assets means the Partnership Assets owned by the Partnership as of the date of the Termination Event plus any Partnership Assets acquired after the date of the Termination Event for which the Advisor was entitled to receive an Acquisition Fee (as defined in the Advisory Agreement) for services rendered; provided, however, no assets shall be counted twice.

Included Assets has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.

Included Assets means the appraised value of the real estate located at ▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ Street, Har Hotzvim Jerusalem and the value of the Globis Capital Partners, L.P. holdings (to the extent that such items are reflected on the balance sheet of Parent) as of the latest calendar quarter ending prior to the First Effective Time.

Included Assets means those assets of the Company relating directly to the Product including those assets described on Exhibit 1(c) attached hereto For the avoidance of doubt, the Included Assets shall not include the Excluded Assets.

Included Assets means, collectively, the JBG Included Assets and the Vornado Included Assets.
