CRP Committee definition

CRP Committee has the meaning set forth in section 3.4.
CRP Committee means Consultancy & Research Project Committee which shall be constituted as prescribed to monitor the consultancy work and research project in the University and ensure compliance of the provisions of the policy.

  • The Hospital shall require the CRP Committee to comply with all applicable terms of this Agreement.

  • The CRP Committee shall monitor the Hospital’s implementation of the CRP, in accordance with section 11.2 as applicable, to ensure compliance with this Agreement and each of the Hospital’s Approved Track Implementation Protocols.

  • The Hospital shall cooperate with, and shall require its CRP Committee, its Care Partners, and its Downstream Care Partners to cooperate with, all State and CMS monitoring requests and activities.

  • By the deadlines specified in the CRP Calendar and in a form and manner determined by CMS, the Hospital must notify CMS and the State of the initial composition of its CRP Committee and any changes to the composition of its CRP Committee.

  • Sub-Committee means a committee of a committee created by the Board.

  • CSR Committee means the Corporate Social Responsibility Committee of the Board referred to in section 135 of the Act.

  • P&T committee means a committee of the hospital composed of physicians, pharmacists, and other health professionals that evaluates the clinical use of drugs within the hospital, develops policies for managing drug use and administration in the hospital, and manages the hospital drug formulary system. “Physician” means a person who is currently licensed in Iowa to practice medicine and surgery, osteopathic medicine and surgery, or osteopathy. A physician who executes a written protocol with an authorized pharmacist shall supervise the pharmacist’s activities involved in the overall management of patients receiving medications or disease management services under the protocol.   • Selection Committee means a committee of individual(s) who evaluate and rank proposals; conduct negotiations; and makes a contract award recommendation to the District and its respective Committees.

  • Joint Committee means the Joint Committee established by Article 164(1) of the withdrawal agreement;

  • Banning Committee means a Committee constituted for the purpose of these guidelines by the competent authority. The members of this Committee shall not, at any stage, be connected with the tendering process under reference.

  • Oversight Committee means the committee established to monitor the overall implementation of the Canada-Ontario-AMO-Toronto Agreement.

  • Nomination Committee means the nomination committee of the Board established in accordance with Article 116;

  • Plan Committee means a committee of two or more directors appointed by the Board to administer the Plan.

  • Project Committee means a Committee comprising the Minister, the Lord Mayor or Deputy Lord Mayor of the City and the Chairman or Acting Chairman of the Metropolitan Region Planning Authority constituted under and for the purposes of this Agreement;

  • Nominating Committee means the nominating committee of the board of directors of the Company established pursuant to the Articles, or any successor committee.

  • Managing Committee means the individual or the body of individuals entrusted or charged with the management and administration of a private educational institution and where a society, trust, or an association manages more than one such institution, includes the managing committee of each such institution;

  • Transition Committee shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.14.

  • OPSI Advisory Committee means the committee established under Tariff, Attachment M, section III.G.

  • Listing Committee the listing committee of the Stock Exchange;

  • Benefits Committee means the Employee Benefits Committee of Textron.

  • Investment Committee means the committee in charge of investment aspects of the Plan, as described in Article VII.

  • Administrative Committee means the committee in charge of Plan administration, as described in Article VII.

  • Hearing Committee means the committee appointed pursuant to this Plan to hear a request for an evidentiary hearing that has been properly filed and pursued by a practitioner.

  • Appeal Committee means the appeal committee established by the Council in terms of section 12(3)(a);

  • Operating Committee means the Operating Committee of Epoch which meets frequently and is responsible for implementing the Company’s strategy, making operational decisions and overseeing the day-to-day running of the Company.

  • Board Committee means those individual Directors who have been appointed by the Board of Directors with the powers and responsibilities specified in Article V and to which has been delegated any fiduciary responsibilities of the Board of Directors with respect to the Plan.

  • Retirement Committee means a committee consisting of the Company’s Vice President of Human Resources, the Director of HR Operations and the Compensation & Benefits Manager.

  • Review Committee or “Committee” means a committee established pursuant to rule Chapter 67-60, F.A.C.
