Counselor means an educator who provides full-time counseling and guidance services and holds the relevant certificate from SBEC.
graduate psychiatric nurse means a person whose name is entered on the register of graduate psychiatric nurses of the College of Registered Psychiatric Nurses of Manitoba. The terms of this Agreement shall be applicable to the graduate nurse, the graduate practical nurse, graduate psychiatric nurse, and graduate nurse practitioner, except as otherwise specified in the Collective Agreement.
Engineer intern means a person who passes an examination in the fundamental engineering subjects, but does not entitle the person to claim to be a professional engineer.

School service means a website, mobile application or online service that (i) is designed and marketed solely for use in elementary or secondary schools; (ii) is used (a) at the direction of teachers or other employees at elementary or secondary schools or (b) by any school-affiliated entity; and (iii) collects and maintains, uses or shares student personal information. "School service" does not include a website, mobile application or online service that is (a) used for the purposes of college and career readiness assessment or (b) designed and marketed for use by individuals or entities generally, even if it is also marketed for use in elementary or secondary schools.

Professional counselor means a person who practices counseling as defined in § 54.1-3500.
Cultural Competency means the ability to recognize, respect, and address the unique needs, worth, thoughts, communications, actions, customs, beliefs and values that reflect an individual’s racial, ethnic, religious, sexual orientation, and/or social group.
Hospice patient s family" means a hospice patient's immediate family members, including a spouse, brother, sister, child, or parent, and any other relative or individual who has significant personal ties to the patient and who is designated as a member of the patient's family by mutual agreement of the patient, the relative or individual, and the patient's interdisciplinary team.
School means an elementary or secondary school.
Bedrock means continuous rock that underlies the soil or is exposed at the surface. Bedrock is generally considered impervious, but if fractured or deteriorated, it may allow effluent to pass through without adequate treatment.
Fellowship means a fellowship in a professional medical college recognized by the Board after consultation with the Medical Advisory Committee.
Rehabilitation counseling services means services provided by qualified personnel in individual or group sessions that focus specifically on career development, employment preparation, achieving independence, and integration in the workplace and community of a student with a disability. The term also includes vocational rehabilitation services provided to a student with disabilities by vocational rehabilitation programs funded under the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, as amended.
Intern means an individual enrolled in an accredited graduate program accumulating clinically supervised work experience hours as part of field work, internship, or practicum requirements. Acceptable graduate programs include all programs that assist the student in meeting the educational requirements in becoming a MFT, a licensed CSW, or a licensed Clinical Psychologist.
