Temporary License Clause Samples

A Temporary License clause grants a party the right to use certain intellectual property, products, or services for a limited period under specified conditions. Typically, this license is valid only for a set timeframe or until a particular event occurs, such as the completion of a project or the execution of a full agreement. This clause is often used to allow immediate but provisional access while negotiations are ongoing or while waiting for a permanent license, ensuring that business operations can proceed without delay while protecting the licensor’s rights.
