Experience Hours definition

Experience Hours are defined as hours worked by the employee, including time off for union business as set out in Section 18. There shall be a regular weekly or bi-weekly payday and each employee shall be provided with an itemized statement of earnings and deductions for the pay period covered.

Any employee who is rehired by the Urban Fare stores covered by this collective agreement within ninety (90) days of their termination date shall be considered a new employee for the purposes of this collective agreement, except for their rate of pay and experience hours, which shall be maintained in full up to the maximum of top rate on the new Wage Scale.

Related to Experience Hours

  • Service Hours means the amount of time (measured in hours or fractions thereof) a Unit is Delivering Energy or Ancillary Services pursuant to a Dispatch Notice.
