Cost Savings Improvements definition

Cost Savings Improvements will mean any capital improvements or replacements which are intended to reduce, stabilize or limit increases in Operating Costs. Cost Savings Improvements will mean any capital improvements or replacements which are intended to reduce, stabilize or limit increases in Operating Costs.   • Improvement Fund means the Improvement Fund for General Obligation Temporary Notes, Series 2017-1 created pursuant to Section 501 hereof.
