Cost of Additional Services definition

Cost of Additional Services means in the case of Additional Services provided by the Landlord a reasonable charge made therefor by the Landlord which shall not exceed the cost of obtaining such services from independent contractors and in the case of Additional Services provided by independent contractors the Landlord's total cost of providing Additional Services to the Tenant including the proportionate cost of all direct labour (including salaries, wages and fringe benefits) and materials and other direct expenses incurred, the cost of supervision without duplication or profit and other expenses reasonably allocated thereto.
Cost of Additional Services means the Landlord's total cost of providing Additional Services to the Tenant including all amounts paid to independent contractors plus all expenses incurred directly by the Landlord including the cost of labour and materials.
Cost of Additional Services means the Landlord's costs of providing Additional Services, together with a supervisory fee equal to 15% of those costs.
