Corporate Distributions definition

Corporate Distributions means all payments to (i) any shareholder (or other holder of an equity interest in Borrower), director, executive or officer of the Borrower, (ii) any Affiliate or holder of Subordinated Debt of the Borrower, or (iii) any shareholder (or other holder of an equity interest in Borrower), director, executive or officer of any Affiliate or holder of Subordinated Debt of the Borrower. For greater certainty, it includes bonuses, dividends, salaries (except salaries to officers or other employees in the ordinary course of business), and repayment of Indebtedness or making of loans to any such person.
Corporate Distributions means any payments to any shareholder, director or officer, or to any associate or holder of subordinated debt, or to any shareholder, director or officer of any associate or holder of subordinated debt, including, without limitation, bonuses, dividends, interest, salaries or repayment of debt or making of loans to any such Person, but excluding salaries to officers or other employees in the ordinary course of business;
Corporate Distributions means, as applied to any Person, any payments to any shareholder, director, officer, manager, member or partner of that Person, or to any affiliate or holder of Subordinated Debt of that Person, or to any shareholder, director, officer, manager, member or partner of any affiliate or holder of Subordinated Debt of that Person, including, without limitation, bonuses, dividends, salaries or repayment of debt or making of loans to any such Person, but excluding salaries to officers, managers or other employees in the ordinary course of business.

More Definitions of Corporate Distributions

Corporate Distributions means, in respect of any Person, whether or not a corporation, any form of distribution of its profits, including in each case any:

  • Incentive Distributions means any amount of cash distributed to the holders of the Incentive Distribution Rights pursuant to Section 6.4.
